And the energy level continues for Week 2! We picked up where we left off by adding progression to our ‘staple exercises’. All the student programs are carefully assigned in order to monitor their training load and track progress. Pull-up is the Number One upper body exercise – we’re so proud to see our students breaking down the barriers and cranking out a few reps, with and without the aid of resistance bands! Our next phase is to focus on the energy system and introduce more explosive fitness challenges to keep the group’s cardiovascular system pumping! This is one of the key elements in building up overall strength. Week 3 – here we come!
