What a fantastic start to our summer sports conditioning camp! Week 1 started with a bang – we started both sessions with some movement screening and fitness challenges. We then moved onto lower body movement mechanics workshops before completing a grueling full body program at the end of the week. We have to say – we are impressed with what we saw! We are excited to see the progress over the course of the next few weeks. Stay tuned for more sweat in Week 2! As they say, no pain, no gain!
