Primal Summer Program 2020

Primal Coaches are bringing a fantastic opportunity over the summer for students residing in Hong Kong to forget about Zoom and return to exercise! Classes are limited to 15 students with coaches setting programs based on individual needs. Our Middle School students will focus on fundamental movement patterns, experience fun fitness challenges and learn basic everyday lifestyle principles. Our High School students will learn how to perform a strict pull up, operate a barbell, construct effective training programs and learn more in-depth lifestyle principles. High School Students G6-12 – 8am – 930am

Middle School Students G6-12 – 3pm – 430pm

HKIS Faculty 430pm – 530pm
