PRIMAL FITNESS PERFORMANCE PROGRAM 2021-22
Primal Strength has been delivering strength and conditioning semi private groups sessions at HKIS since 2009. We would like to welcome you to Primal Fitness Performance Program! A 60-minute session each day at 3pm working through everything from Technique, Strength, Fitness and Conditioning, Mobility and Movement as well as Nutrition and Recovery. HKIS Students do not require any prior experience and sessions will be tailored to develop good training habits in a safe environment. Our training programs focus on reducing strength imbalances to prevent injuries whilst creating a positive impact on developing a training routine.
