…AND WE ARE BACK! It’s great to see our students back on campus and ready to kick off the 2020/2021 school year. We spent a lot of time planning and gearing up for this semester’s training sessions and we can’t wait to have old timers back on board and new joiners to try!

Primal Sports Performance Training is a specially designed program to teach you the art of strength training. Whether you are a novice trainee or a varsity sports athlete, this program will help you reach your physical goals and exceed your capability.
